Why is my content buffering as it streams?

To watch My5 content, your device must be connected to the internet.

If content cannot be downloaded as quickly as it is played, the video player will automatically pause. You will see a message confirming that the player is buffering video. Playback will automatically resume when buffering is complete.

If you experience frequent buffering, your internet connection may not be fast enough to stream content from our servers. Please check the speed of your connection using a broadband speed tester tool, such as the broadband speed tester from Uswitch.
