Subtitles Not Available On My5 iOS App

We are aware of a problem with subtitles not always being available on some content, even though they are listed as being available, when using the My5 iOS app

Our Tech Team are investigating this issue and will look to get it resolved as soon as possible but we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

In the meantime, subtitles should be available on other platforms, including the My5 website.
