Manual registration

If you created a My5 account:

1. In the top navigation, tap the user icon (top right)

2. Tap 'Forgotten your password?'

3. Fill in your email address and tap 'Submit'. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

4. In the email tap on the 'Reset your password' link.

5. Choose and confirm a new password (minimum of 6 characters).

Registration using a social media account

If you have signed up to My5 using a social media account, please contact Facebook, Twitter or Google+ to reset your password.

2. Click 'Forgotten your password?'

3. Fill in your email address and click 'Submit'. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

4. In the email click on the 'Reset your password' link.

5. Choose and confirm a new password (minimum of 6 characters).
