We have made it much easier to manage your 5 account on the website, including the option to delete your account, should you wish.
After signing in to your 5 account at channel5.com you can visit the Preference Center and you’ll be able to:
- Change your Name
- Change your Email address
- Change your Date of Birth
- Change your Postcode
- Change your Password *
- Delete your 5 account *
* Note that changing your password or deleting your account will automatically sign you out of your 5 account.

These new features are currently only available on the 5 website, but your account can still be used as normal on all devices that account sign-in is available on.
